Chiefs Have 1 Preseason Win In Last 3 Years

Just a reminder for those of you looking for a W out at Arrowhead tonight. The Kansas City Chiefs have won exactly one preseason game in the last three years.

Last year, the Chiefs went winless, losing all four preseason games. In 2010, they edged out the Packers in the preseason finale to finish 1-3. In 2009, they again went winless. Last year's preseason opener was especially depressing as the Chiefs lost 25-0 to the Bucs.

Yeah, teams change from year to year but over the last three years the Chiefs have been really bad in the preseason.

Maybe that's just a Todd Haley thing. He was the head coach during those three years and he didn't seem to have much of an interest in winning during the preseason. Honestly, though, it doesn't really matter. There is no correlation between preseason wins and regular season wins.

Even though it doesn't matter...I really wanna see a win tonight. I can't help it.
