KC has the 2nd longest record in the NFL for not drafting a QB in the 1st Round. Only the New Orleans Saints hold a longer record - and they went through the Baghead era for almost 2 decades. Within the last 10 years more than 13 teams have drafted a QB in the first round twice.
This has less to do with Cassel or Ricky Stanzi. It's mostly to settle a debate that I want to settle w/ a friend and a good pre-training camp conversation.
