We knew we were pushing the envelope the last two days. Only 88 degrees on the first day of camp and 92 degrees on the second day of camp, both days with a slight breeze. We knew that was too good to be true and we're not going to pay for it.

Today's training camp weather is looking ugly, nearing 100 degrees. The Chiefs have done a good job preparing for this by putting up shade tents where a few of the bleachers used to be. It's dangerous to be sitting out in the direct sun for a long period of time. (Wear sunscreen!)

I'll be headed out there this afternoon. Look for the guy who is carrying an extra shirt because he's about to sweat through the one he's wearing.
