Charles & Hillis: Where Do They Rank?

Stay connected for news and updates

ATLANTA - AUGUST 13: Jamaal Charles #25 of the Kansas City Chiefs rushes away from Curtis Lofton #50 and Stephen Nicholas #54 of the Atlanta Falcons at Georgia Dome on August 13 2010 in Atlanta Georgia. (Photo by Kevin C. Cox/Getty Images)

Not that long ago there was a post here where readers worked to come up with an appropriate nickname for the running duo of Jamaal Charles and Peyton Hillis. There were some great ideas for the tandem that I know many here believe are near the top of the RB food chain.

SB Nation has taken a look at that list of running backs and here's what they have to say about Kansas City:

Entering his third season, Charles should unquestionably establish himself as one of the league's elite runners. If Peyton Hillis can stay healthy, Kansas City has a very effective pairing, better than the 2010 duo of Charles and Thomas Jones.

Sounds pretty good, right? Especially when you consider the 2010 Chiefs led the league in rushing!

So where does SB Nation have Charles/Hillis? The team that could exceed the production of the league leading performance of two years ago? Number 13? Really?

Where do you think they belong?
