The Kansas City Chiefs OTA schedule is winding down. Today marks the last day of OTAs and by this time next week the Chiefs offseason program will be over until training camp in late July.
Here's what we've seen so far, with today being the 10th OTA:
OTAs: May 21-22, May 24, May 29, May 31-June 1, June 4-5, June 7-8
Minicamp: May 11-13 (rookies), June 12-14
The minicamp coming up next week is mandatory for players under contract, which shouldn't be an issue for the Chiefs as they've had solid participation throughout the offseason program.
And notice how I said next week's minicamp is mandatory "for players under contract." Dwayne Bowe is not under contract, thus he does not have to attend and, barring any new information, we don't expect him to attend either.
On that same note, Bowe isn't a "holdout" either considering he doesn't even have a contract to hold out from.
