We have a Tamba Hali sighting on the NFL Network's top 100 players list. Hali checked in at No. 34 on the list, which was voted on by current NFL players. Derrick Johnson is the only other Kansas City Chiefs player on the list so far, coming in at No. 78.

The interviews and highlights on Hali were awesome. Go here to view the video. A sampling of quotes is below with more coming tomorrow.

Thomas Jones said "football is his life."

Bills QB Ryan Fitzpatrick called him a "premiere defensive end in the league."

One of the highlights included Mitch Holthus saying "Down goes Rodgers!" after Hali sacks him. And another one with Holthus saying Hali was bringing "the hammer and the chainsaw!" So great.

Miami Dolphins OT Jake Long says he's "one of those guys who plays through the whistle."

49ers QB Alex Smith said Hali may not be a household name like some defensive ends but he's every bit the player. And then the next highlight showed Hali sacking Smith and Holthus in the background, "Tamba Hali is tormenting Alex Smith!"

"The name Tamba Hali brings a smile to my face every time," Brandon Flowers said.
