And I'm back from Eastern Tennessee, land of moonshine and fast food restaurants. The last four days in Pigeon Forge, TN, were....interesting. You don't get much cell phone/data reception up there. So you're left to indulge yourself in Go-karts, mini-golf and pancake houses. Yes, pancake houses. I counted ten pancake houses in Pigeon Forge alone, which means there is one pancake house for every 715 people in that town. What kind of an economy is that?
