Jaguars first-round pick Justin Blackmon was arrested on aggravated DUI charges Sunday in Stillwater, Ok. The aggravated DUI means his blood-alcohol level was .15 or higher. The legal limit is .08. Blackmon was booked into jail at roughly 10AM, a bizarre time for a DUI. Blackmon was also arrested for DUI as a redshirt sophomore at Oklahoma State. It's a big concern for a Jaguars team that traded up to select Blackmon at No. 5 in April's draft. Blackmon has yet to sign a contract.
