Could BW be predicting the Chiefs to win the division?

BW says the Chiefs will get more wins than Clayton predicted at 7, and that SD and Den were pretty accurate (9 and 10 respectively). Does that mean he thinks the Chiefs will get 10 or 11 wins? What do you guys think?
