Wow, not much in the way of Chiefs related news today, and you know it's only going to get worse as we've now reached The Dead Zone in the NFL year. No game, no playoffs, no free agency, no draft, no OTA's, no camps ... nothing, just nothing.

On the other hand, the Royals seem to be waking up and playing some exciting baseball (if it can be said that such a thing exists) and got things going last night with a fun putout-at-the-plate to end a 3-2 win over the Cardinals in St Louis. Hey, it's something, right?
