Scott Pioli dragged away with larger chunks of debris with ease. Broken walls, snapped roofs, and twice-bent street signs flung belonged on the street corner for permanent removal-the main goal of the Chiefs' first volunteer trip to Joplin, Mo.

Chiefs set date for single-game ticket sales

Chiefs tickets for home games this season will go on sale to the general public at 9 a.m. July 18.

The tickets can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com, by phone at (800) 745-3000, in person at select Ticketmaster outlets or at the Arrowhead Stadium Ticket Office located between Founder's Plaza and the Hy-Vee Gate on the northwest side of the stadium.

Cleared in May of serious crimes he didn't commit - but for which he wrongfully spent five years in prison - linebacker Brian Banks has received a handful of tryouts, from Seattle, San Diego, and Kansas City. (Minnesota and Washington remain interested.)

NFL to make coach's film available to fans

Diehard football fans, the kind of fans that like to dig into the details of the game's Xs and Os, may have experienced heart palpitations on Friday morning. The NFL announced, after years of begging and cajoling from fans, that it will make "Coaches Film" available through its Game Rewind feature, which allows fans to watch archived broadcasts of each and every NFL game.
