so this may sound a little crazy, but what about drew brees to the chiefs? reportedly hes been offered bigger contracts than brady and rodgers and DENIED them saying they're way off from what hes asking. yes he will cost a ton to bring in. trade two firsts, a second, and cassel to NO for brees and his mondo contract. will be hard to pull him from NO but if they're upset with his huge expectations financially, they may not want to keep him. considering the bounty scandal, the saints may just call this year a wash. then they'd pick up extra picks, save a ton of cap space to bring someone else in and have cassel as a backup (for super cheap since his contract was very front heavy) and be set at qb. also gives kc a 32 y/o elite qb that would be worth every penny. frontload his contract, trade bowe (if necessary to have the cap room) and resign dorsey and jackson to contracts that they should get, not monsterous ones.

i would love to have brees in kc. anyone else?
