Just did my first day of P90x and holy shit! I couldn't even finish it. Is there anyone out there who has done it? If so , how well did it work for you? Did you make it through your first work out? If you didn't , how did you go about finishing it. I'm a little discouraged and frankly a little depressed lol. I didn't realize I was that out of shape. Just asking how you guys went about doing it.
