An interesting article I came across while browsing through Land-Grant Holyland, SB Nation's Ohio State blog. I guess I've been out of touch. I missed that the Big 12 and the SEC will be having a Champions Bowl for Conference winners (like the Rose Bowl between the Big 10 and Pac 12). Apparently this new addition hurts the case for a playoff system but gives way to the Plus-One option. At the very least it gives MU/KU the chance to meet in a Bowl game (slim to none chance, but you never know).
