Prediction 1

when Madden comes out Stanford Routt will be rated at least 5 overall points below Brandon Carr. However by the end of the season Routt will be equal to or greater than Carr.

Prediction 2

David Mims will be on the final roster. I still believe that Mims has a place on this team, the team basically cut Jared Gaither and kept Mims when the Chargers went on the hunt for a Marcus McNeil replacement last season. Despite the fact that we drafted two O linemen in the draft Mims stays on the team.

Prediction 3

Brady Quinn outshines Cassel in the pre season. Quinn has already operated out of a Daboll system and will have just as much chemistry with the receiving core as Cassel, seeing as the entire offense is getting revamped. Does this mean that we start Quinn?

Prediction 4

No we do not start Quinn and Cassel has a solid season putting us further away from ever actually drafting a franchise QB. With solid options in the run game and pass game combined with a spectacular line Cassel is going to be able to have the type of season he had in New England in 2008. Plus itʻs an even year so Casselʻs consistent inconsistency dictate that this will be a good one.

Prediction 5

We get swept by the Broncos. Say what you will about the rest of the team, but Peyton Manning is ready to go and this is one of the best teams Manning has been on in the NFL, it is certainly more talented than the team he t to his lone Super Bowl victory. I know I know Romeo Crennel yadda yadda yadda. People are forgetting that Denver recently hired Jack Del Rio as their defensive coordinator, heʻs going to be able to get our offense off the field pretty easily as long as Matt Cassel is the QB. If you canʻt keep up with Manning you canʻt win.

Prediction 6
