As I wrote in my NFL Power Rankings, the Chiefs have the best roster in the NFL if you exclude the quarterback position. I believe they'll win the AFC West and make the playoffs, but they'll suffer another early exit because of Matt Cassel's limitations. Here's one way to fix that. walterfootball.com
