It was no surprise when the Chiefs used their 2nd round pick (44th) on an OL. However, Jeff Allen probably wasn't the person who came to mind for most of us. Jeff Allen played all 4 years as a OT at Illinois, however, many people are saying he has the perfect build to play either inside at G, or outside at T. Since the G position was not addressed in the first round (I wish we got DeCastro), and with Branden Albert at LT and Eric Winston at RT, is it possible the Chiefs selected Jeff Allen to be an immediate starter over Ryan Lilja at LG?
