Both Poe and Stephenson were Combine beasts. With that said both players are considered raw and have a lot of developing to do. They are high risk, high reward type players. If they get the proper coaching and keep focus, they could be tremendous players in the NFL. Heck even Jeff Allen is a very high level athlete for being in the trenches. Scott Pioli and Romeo Crennel are banking on player development with these type of picks.
