A lot was made before the 2012 NFL draft of the Kansas City Chiefs interest in quarterbacks. They met with Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin III at the NFL Combine, but we knew those guys would be gone. They also worked out and visited with Ryan Tannehill, but he was drafted before the Chiefs had a chance.
Moving into the second round, keep in mind a couple of the quarterbacks the Chiefs showed some pre-draft interest in -- Arizona State's Brock Osweiler and Michigan State's Kirk Cousins. They're potentially candidates to be selected by the Chiefs in the second or third round on Friday night.
A few notes on both players and their contact with the Chiefs is after the jump.
