To be honest, I'm very surprised at the reaction of Arrowhead Pride over the drafting of Dontari Poe. It seems that just two days ago, virtually nobody wanted this guy. People were calling him a strong bust candidate, a combine hero, all sizzle and no steak, and various other phrases along the same lines.

So what happened?

Well, the front office came out and talked about how much they loved Dontari Poe. He got some very high endorsements from both Romeo Crennel and Scott Pioli. Of course, I really doubt they would tell us if they thought they screwed the pick up. They talked about how they considered him the top NT prior to the Combine and not just because of his phenomenal workout numbers. They said he was their guy the whole way. They said that he was worth turning down numerous trade offers. Overall, they really hyped him up to be something special.

Personally, I'm not buying it. I didn't like Poe before the draft, and I don't care for the pick at all right now. Obviously, not everyone feels the same way. So here is my question for all of you:
