Freak Show????? What in the world is going on in this poster's head? Please bear with me as I try to enlighten you with my perspective. We all remember last draft, well maybe not all, but I certainly do. Another physical specimen was drafted with some question marks about if he could play in the NFL and if so, where? I'm discussing a player named Bailey, remember him? He turned out pretty good so far and is expected to be even better this upcoming season. So we were introduced to another "Freak" of nature, Dontari Poe, NT, as our first round draft choice.

It was somewhat befuddling because there were(are) some question marks about his production in college and how that projects to the pro's. After seeing both Scott and RAC discuss this guy, I was appeased somewhat by the explanation, and to be truthful, excited by the prospect of having a talent like this kid from Memphis. Then it got me to wondering if the team is going to get some more Freakish" talent in this draft. I have a guy in mind that I have discussed before, and there is a question mark or two with him as well.

Enter OT Mike Adams, another athlete that is a "Freak" of Nature too. A human being who is as tall as he is, stoutly built as he is and pretty damn agile as well, counts as a "Freak" in my book. We have a shot to take him, if he lasts to our pick in the second round, and I really would like to see him on our team. Hells Bells I would have taken him at 11 if he hadn't had an issue, a pretty minor one at that. So keep these "Freaks" coming to town Scotty and GO Chief's!!!
