In conducting this Scientific Mock Draft, I am utilizing tools given us by Chris Thorman, (the Draft Interest Tracking Sheet). My first criteria is the Player must have more than one visit, whether it be a Stadium Visit, Pro day, Combine, Senior Bowl Visit w/RAC or Scotty, or Shrine Game Visit w/RAC, next if they were a team captain, and finally, but least import, area of need. In addition, it assumes no trades, however one is possible
Round 1—Dontari Poe NT Memphis (Pro Day, Arrowhead Visit, & Team Captain)
Round 2 –Brock Oswieler, QB Arizona State (Pro Day, Combine, & Team Captain)
Round 3 –Ben Jones, C, Georgia, ( Pro Day, Combine, & Team Captain)
Round 4 – Robert Turbin, RB, Utah State, ( Pro Day & Arrowhead Visit)
Round 5 – Marvin McNutt, WR Iowa, (Pro Day & Team Captian plus Pioli loves Iowa)
Round 6 – Brandon Taylor, S LSU, ( Pro Day & Team Captain)
Round 7 –Shawn Loiseau, ILB Merrimack (Shrine Game Visit w/ RAC & Senior Bowl Visit w/Pioli)
Round 7B—Vaughn Meatoga, DT Hawaii ( Pro Day visit plus scout took him out to supper in Hawaii)
