Representing the Dallas Cowboys, Iamthegreatest with the 45th pick in Arrowhead Pride's 2012 NFL mock draft...
After going defense in the first round, the Cowboys start trying to find where they can fill holes. The main thing the Cowboys need to look at is how to solidify the offensive line. Tyron Smith was an absolute stud at RT last year, and will make the shift to Left Tackle while Doug Free will shift to the right side. The interior line is a mess unlike our Kansas City Chiefs who seem to be a player away from a great interior. The Cowboys have made several low key signings which I mentioned in my first post. Phil Costas has talent but could be upgraded. That being said...With the 45th pick in the 2012 Draft the Dallas Cowboys select:
Peter Konz, Center from Wisconsin.
As I'm writing this I can't believe he is available. The Cowboys like I said have big holes in the interior line and staring me in the face is the best center in the draft. Cowboys fans wanted David DeCastro when I went and asked for their insight but he was long gone. I did not think I would have a chance of grabbing Konz in the second and thought the fourteenth pick was a little too high for him. Little did I know he would fall. Dallas Cowboy fans should be excited if Konz falls to the 45th pick in the real draft. After all the bad snaps by Costa last year Tony Romo gets a stud that will be on the line for years.
