The title says it all. After learning about No Reservations show tonight on Travel channel (8 pm Central) with Anthony coming to KC, it got me thinking....what do I consider the best BBQ in town? I've been to a lot of places but I haven't been to them all within a short time frame to get a good comparison. That's where you AP readers come in!

What I need from all of you is a list of what YOU think my trip should entail. Not only do I want the name of the BBQ joint but what you would recommend trying at said establishment. I know many places are known for certain items so I'm wanting to try the best food at the best BBQ restaurants.
