GREAT NEWS and ... well, other news, too! AP Talk Radio will soon be on in the evening (KC time) and in an expanded format, YAY! The downside is that due to real world concerns, we'll be "off air" for a few days. But that's alright, because it gives more time to really get this thing setup and ready to FLY!
So, how can this show be done in a way that best serves Arrowhead Pride and the FANS who make it a success?
In chatting with with a few people already, I've gotten some great ideas, including one that I'd like to share with you here, from CBO:
I would like to see AP be a show driven by the website ... an interactive living breathing character of the show, which would give it a unique flavor IMO. It has to have a different element from regular sports talk radio and be something that APer's take pride and ownership in. To me, that would be ideal.
Couldn't have said it better better myself. I want this to be YOUR talk show, with the focus being Arrowhead Pride and OUR Kansas City Chiefs. So please, in the comment below, tell me what YOU want, AP, how can this serve you best? Thoughts, comments, ideas, suggestion, opinions ... special segments for part of the show? An AP "Wrap-Up" of the day's events and comments?
a HUGE Thank You! to all those who've already helped getting this thing off the ground, from Chris and Joel to MNchiefsfan, ChiefsBlindersOn, BJ Kissel and everyone else who's listened, live or the recorded version. It's working because of you!
Our NEW time slot will most likely be 8-10 PM Central Time. Probably. Unless it isn't. In any event, we'll be rolling with it in a few days, so get your comments on and make this what it should be: a show of the fans, by the fans and for the fans.
