Hey guys I am working on a fanpost on how GM's predict and use statistics to figure out how they will be next year. I have a start that I figured out. I figured that Winning%=(Pts scored^.55)/(Pts scored^.55+ Pts allowed^.55) Does anybody see any flaws or know something that could be helpful? Any thoughts on what I should/ shouldn't do?
