VIDEO: Peyton Manning Can Throw A Football

Stay connected for news and updates

Few people can create so many rumors and intrigue as one Peyton Manning. No. 18 has the NFL world twisting and turning with every move he makes, or every reported move he makes, because we haven't seen Peyton himself in a few weeks.

On Friday, Bob Kravitz of the Indy Star reported that Manning was in Florida, rehabbing his neck and throwing the ball "much, much better". Previous reports had indicated he was at Duke -- at some point -- working out and rehabbing (the connection to Duke is a family friend).

And now a video has surfaced of Manning throwing the ball at Duke. The video headline says it was taken on March 2, 2012, which was Friday. It's an amateur video -- possibly by a fan off to the side of the field -- so the quality is low and it's been edited to show him throwing a few passes.

You see the one of him going deep? That doesn't look like a noodle-arm to me.

Check out the full video after the jump.

The Colts front office apparently can't watch Manning throw the ball. Other teams will be faced with the decision to pursue him or not based on little medical information. This is some evidence that he can throw the ball but obviously much, much more is needed before teams jump in and offer No. 18 $18 million per year.
