Most of the big names are already gone in the 2012 NFL free agency period but that doesn't mean the Kansas City Chiefs are done shopping. According to several reports, the Chiefs are hosting a visit with free agent CB Chris Carr.
He has a visit scheduled with the Minnesota Vikings as well, and two more scheduled visits are coming. (Translation: Any teams out there better sign him now!)
Carr most recently played for the Baltimore Ravens. He signed a two-year deal with the team in 2009 and then a four-year deal prior to the 2011 season before Baltimore decided to cut him loose a few weeks back.
Carr entered the league as an undrafted free agent with the Oakland Raiders -- another former Raider! -- and spent three years there before moving onto the Tennessee Titans for a season.
The Chiefs lost CB Brandon Carr in free agency. CB Stanford Routt has been signed. CB Travis Daniels is also a free agent.
