Is it me or are the Denver Broncos attention whores? After Elway left the Broncos sort of drifted into mediocrity. But it wasn't for long as Shanahan would get headlines by shooting off at the mouth. When Shanahan was fired in 09 McDaniels was hired and just a bragadocious as Shanahan. Then they get Tebow in the first round when no one would have gotten him higher that the 3rd round. Then Tebowmania swept Denver and soon ESPN and NFLN. Then they jumped in the Manning sweepstakes and made sure they were in just about every video with Peyton. Soon all sports was talking about the Broncos as a landing spot. They signed Peyton and now all you here is how the Broncos are going to the Super Bowl. And we all know that we will hear nothing but Peyton and the Donkies leading up to the season. And even more during the season, because with Manning on their roster they are shoe ins for several primetime games. I am already sick of the color orange.
Doesn't help that my oldest brother is one of those LOUD and unrealistic Bronco fans. Can't talk seriously about his team without him throwing a hissy fit, or glorifying everything Denver.
