Does the salary cap role-over apply to 2013 too? Chiefs brought in a lot of extra salary cap money from last year and that helped our free agency.
Doesn't it make sense to take that 15 million (minus rookie salary base) and apply it to next years team? Obviously, there are a minor contracts/players that we will still need to sign.
