So the Kansas City Chiefs new right tackle seems like a pretty cool dude. Eric Winston met with several media outlets on Monday after the Chiefs officially introduced him as the newest member of the team and he came across as very personable. He's definitely one of the guys we'll be looking for in the locker room after games and what not.

They're all worth a listen, particularly the portion of the 610 Sports interview where Parkins and Harrison give him some barbecue tips. Winston said that he saw a ridiculous amount of tweets sent to him after he tweeted that he had eaten at Jack Stack.

He also said he heard from a lot of fans suggesting Oklahoma Joe's so I think my work here is done.
