Quick Question for Someone smarter than I

There are two styles of "Franchise tags." The first is the Exclusive Tag--No other team can touch the player. The second is the non-exclusive tag, which allows for other teams to sign and trade for the player (as long as the current team allows it and receives a draft pick). My question is, "Can a team use both of these tags in one season?" I know that a team can not Franchise more than one player but since the exclusive and non-exclusive tags are different than does that mean that every team has the ability to tag and tender one player for exclusive rights and one player for non-exclusive rights?
