Sometimes I really like our various Kansas City Chiefs approval polls because I don't know how the fan base feels about a particular person or, as with our approval polls lately, a free agent signing.

This approval poll is not one of those times. I pretty much know how most Chiefs fans feel about the Winston signing.

Right tackle has been one of those positions we've been clamoring for the Chiefs to pick up for what seems like a decade (actually, only nine years since John Tait). Winston was a surprise cut by the Houston Texans and the best available right tackle on the market. The Chiefs made the move to acquire him despite interest from several other teams.
