Ok, here is what I know,
RGIII is a after thought now because Washington has already traded this years first round pick and the next two years of first rounders to the Rams for their number two spot this year. The only other guy I like in this draft is Chase Keenum, I think its too risky to draft any other QBs. Here is what I think, I think that the chiefs are just hyping up the fans. Because they know we are tired of Matt Cassel; (supporters and non-supporters alike) they are just telling the fans what we want to hear. They tell us they will meet with Manning, but I'm thinking thats not going to happen. If it does its just to say hey we tried, but I think there want be any real effort to bring Peyton Manning in . There is alway a slight chance that they might pull something off which would be great. I think Peyton would give us a real fighting chance in the playoffs and who knows we might even make it to the super bowl this year if they can pull a deal off. This is whats most likely to happen, we bring in Brady Quinn to battle with Matt Cassel for the starting job (I think he might even beat Cassel out of the starting job ) but he will likely lose and battle with Ricky Stanzi for the number two spot. I say we let the other teams take chances with these other first round QB's, and hold off til next year, then see where we are draft wise to take Matt Barkley in next years draft. Even if we have to trade picks to make up it want really matter cause we will be solid cause I see us taking care of the rest of our major problems( ROT,DT,HB,CB) this draft and FA.I think we will wait and hope we do go after Matt Barkley and make him our first home grown elite QB we've had since never.
Well thats my take on the QB situation at hand Chiefs Fans let me know what you think. hopefully I'm not to far off from what everyone else thinks lol
