Chiefs' Nation: It Feels Good To Be Back

I think that many of you know me as one of the most passionate Chiefs fans out there. I am also pretty dedicated addicted to this site. That was until the last couple of months or so. There were some issues going on in my life plus work that strayed me away from my usual commenting and posts. However, that isn't what this post is about.

The last two years I have been living at the other side of Missouri--in Rams' Country. I was really the only person that wore anything Chiefs. I was the only one in a mile radius with anything Chiefs on the outside of the house. I can feel for anyone living out of state.

I am now living back on the right side of Missouri (I grew up in St. Joseph). I now live in Grandview which to me is unfamiliar territory. However, the BBQ smell, Chiefs decor, and city life all feels right. I am now back in Chiefs' Nation.

A lot of you are probably tired of hearing about the Brandon Carr, Dwayne Bowe, Peyton Manning, Peyton Hillis, and draft talk. I am just glad there is any talk at all. I already had neighbors welcome my family and I into the area. The woman across the street is from Iowa and a big Tony Mo' fan. This might not seem like no big deal to most of you but it is. Especially, when you live far away from the "motherland" for so long.

I know a lot of you missed me and yes, I'm looking at you UPS. So just a warning I'll be commenting and posting more like I used to.

Go Chiefs Nation!
