2012 NFL Combine Invite List Is Out

Photo

The NFL Combine official invite list is out and I've posted the full thing after the jump.

How many future Kansas City Chiefs players are on this list?

As always, keep an eye on Mocking The Draft over the next couple of months. 24/7 draft talk there.

They are doing the regional ones as well

IIRC the players that make it through those, go to the national one at Indy

A little disappointed for my Wildcats

I thought Tysyn Hartman and David Garrett would have a chance.

Yeah, I thought Tysyn had a shot at it.

And I think we’re set there, for starters and backups.

Do we go fetal and beg for mercy? Or do we pick up that broken piece of pipe laying on the ground and come up swinging? I choose pipe.

Could be?

But this team could make some surprise moves. (Dorsey to Chicago?)

Besides, you can never have enough quality ends. Jared Crick is pretty versatile.

I wonder how many would have recieved an invite if we were already in the SEC.. Seems like those schools dominate the list

Not that many Kentucky, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Vandy players either though.

And MU probably falls between the have and havenots in the SEC so that’s about right.

I'm telling you guys right now

Tom Compton is a guy to keep an eye on. He just ran a 4.8 here the other day. I say here because…well you can probably figure it out. He is a solid 5th round prospect.

1. David DeCastro (Stanford- guard) 2. Nick Foles (Arizona- quarterback) 3. Hebron Fangupo (BYU- nose tackle) 4. Derek Wolfe (Cincinnati- defensive end) 5. Brandon Taylor (LSU- safety) 6. Tom Compton (South Dakota- offensive tackle) 7. Tyler Urban (West Virginia- tight end)

Thanks for that

He certainly has the measurables. I think there are definitely some later round tackle options. A guy like ths or Mitchell Schwartz from out west are both 3rd day guys that could fill a RT need.

LMJ is the best back in this draft

Dude is going to make that chump from Bama look like a poor man’s Greg Hill.

Standing on the corner in a white Godfather hat. He drives a long black gangster Cadillac. He can steal a broads mind, man, in three or four minutes. It’s not how long you talk, brother, it’s what you put in it.

Would be a good move

Wouldn’t have to change the offense and just when defenses thought they wouldn’t have to chase Charles around the field anymore we trot out LMJ.
