I was reading an article by Don Bans over on SI and he made this statement "Current cap figures include a couple variables that make pinpointing New York's exact offseason budget difficult -- like teams having the option to carry over available cap room into next season" Does this mean that the Chiefs could carry over thier "extra" cap space of 15-20 Million to next year or is there a cap on the cap you can carry forward? If not this could make things interesting for FA.
