Soliai fits our scheme a lot better than Franklin did.

you could pretty much draft all offense, with the exception of some depth at S

sign Bowe, Carr, Soliai, McClain… then Dreessen at TE…

REALLY opens up the draft for BPA (and, yes, I’d be OK with Richardson in this scenario, then OL in rds 2 and 3)

I think he is an over rated player. He seems like we would have to over pay for him and he could be the type to take his foot off the gas after he gets a long term deal, which is why I think the Dolphins were hesitant to pay, and instead opted to over pay him with the franchise tag. I say let him go to the Jets and let him get overpaid there.

I don't think he'll come close to the $10m per year he's suppsedly seeking

There just aren’t that many 3-4 teams in need of a NT right now. Parcells should be able to vouch for his character one way or the other though.

That isn’t exactly true. The Texans, Jets, Chiefs, and even the Steelers, after Hampton’s ACL tear, and Hoke’s retirement will be looking for a NT. I think Pouha goes to the Steelers, Chapman to the Texans in the 2nd, Soliai to the Jets, and then Rogers to the Chiefs. Garay will stay in SD and Franklin will go to the Colts who are switching to a 3-4. Maybe the Chiefs can get Dontari Poe or Alameda Ta’amu in the draft.
