Brian Daboll???? You gotta be F***ING kidding me!!

coach who is currently the offensive coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs. He was hired after posting the 32nd ranked offense in 2009 [1] and the 29th ranked offense in 2010 [2] while in Cleveland. For an encore, he guided the offensive powerhouse known as the 2011 Miami Dolphins to the 22nd overall ranked [3] offense in the NFL.
Chiefs fans everywhere rejoiced at yet another hire from the famous Bill Parcell's Coaching Tree.

I agree

He’s clearly gotten better at what he does every year. And most of the dolphin fans seemed to really like what he could do. Its just annoying how a lot of people are already abandoning ship on him and the Chiefs. Just wait a year, and at least get behind him and hope for the best. Maybe this guys better then Al and maybe not. Just wait and see.

No...this is a bad hire

it does not instill confidence in your team or your fans…it sure as hell does not instill confidence in ME…what it tells me is they waited too long to pull the trigger and ended up scraping the bottom of the barrel for OCs…A young new OC that has not done much of anything is EXACTLY what Pioli wants….he wants “yes men”….Saunders probably had TOO MUCH of an opinion

Clark Hunt and Scott Pioli need to IMPRESS me in 2012....No Settling this year Chiefs Fans!!

Once again

Saunders is UNDER CONTRACT still man. What, you wanna pull a Herm Edwards and give up draft picks for his ass. Cuz he’s done so well in Oakland?

OK...even if that is the case

Its STILL a bad hire…its a bad hire because Pioli has sat around and watched as all the good prospects get hired by other teams….his fan base has been waiting for weeks now on who the new OC will be….then we finally get word of this dude that has never had an offense better than 22nd in the league??…did they have plans of Muir sticking around?…why did they wait?…why him?

you can be a homer if you want buddy

I dont care what the Dolphin fans are saying….Miamis new head coach(a PROVEN Offensive coordinator) obviously didnt want Daboll…..and I dont recall hearing of ANY OTHER teams persuing him…..

This is ANOTHER Pioli hire because the guy had ties to New England…..

I also dont think that if you want to lure Manning here

THIS is NOT the hire you want to make at OC…unless you just want a young guy that will let the QB call the shots…..again..a “yes man”

I want to see what Daboll will do

Curious to see what he has up his sleeve. IF he gets the O to put up 26 points a game, look for KC to easily win the West.

Go look at Clevelands offensive "talent" in 09-10

And you act like it takes a game or 2 to implement a persons offense, it took the Dolphins time. After the Giants loss this year the Dolphins last 10 games they put up 24 a game(this is a what have you done for me lately league, correct?). I guess it’s fun to just look at stats wihtout checking out any substance as to why those stats could be the way they are. My god, got a bunch of negative fuckin nacies on AP today.
