Daboll not a sexy hire for #Chiefs, but Matt Cassel has had his best 2 NFL seasons in offenses just like his. Pioli going all in on Cassel.
Evan Silva
Well, there goes Pioli's credibility of bringing in someone who will actually compete for Cassel's starting QB job. If Evan is right, I expect maybe a veteran QB who we know doesn't stand a chance of beating Cassel out for the starting gig, but will serve as a better backup than Tyler Palko (Which isn't really saying much).

The more i watch Pioli and Clark Hunt operate..
the more im convinced they are only concerned with making money……sure they paid a few guys…but thats just to sell jerseys and put butts in the seats…give the fans just enough to keep them interested…Al Saunders is a PROVEN OC…how the HELL do you hire this joke ass Daboll over him?…Its a joke.
Clark Hunt and Scott Pioli need to IMPRESS me in 2012....No Settling this year Chiefs Fans!!
Spending
$30 million per year less than the NFL average and still selling a bunch of tickets comes close.

How about….they are keeping a bunch of money in their pockets by not spending salary cap dollars….and then HOPING to win….
Too many people around here just HAVE TO argue the other side…no matter what

After hiring Daboll
my guess would be we bring in Chad Henne as competition for Cassel. I hope I am wrong.
Brainless observation by Silva
Cassel has run an offense “just like his” every year he’s been in KC.
That was not a Pioli quote.
