Bowe and picks for RG3?!

I have no idea what it would take to move up from #11 to #2 in terms of draft picks alone but given that Bowe will likely be franchised, his value in terms of draft picks is at least a first rounder and perhaps a first and third. Add him to a list of draft picks to round out the deal and maybe we have the ammo to move up to get RG3.

So the question is: would YOU want to pull the trigger on that kind of deal?

The reasons I think it would make sense for KC to consider:

1. We NEED a superstar QB and RG3 has wowed almost anyone that has spoken with him. Not only is he a unique talent, he is a unique person (and I mean that in good way.)

2. We have the cap space to sign free agents to fill the holes in the roster so we have the latitude to give up a bunch of draft picks to make that happen.

3. Bowe is a perfect carrot to dangle in front of St. Louis. They need a lot of things but O-line and WR are at the top of their list. Getting Bowe and then being able to draft someone like Reiff or Martin at #11 would have to be appealing, not to mention the other picks we would certainly be adding to the pot.

4. We have a good enough group of WR's to consider giving up Bowe. Baldwin should take a step up this year and Breaston is a very solid guy. Getting Moeaki back will help and don't forget that cap room...we can look to free agency to pick up a veteran to compete for a starting job and provide depth.

And how about this delicious thought: Randy Moss makes a comeback with KC! RG3 throwing long to Moss! That would have a shelf life of about a season and a half but it would be a pretty spectacular 24 games! I am certain we could get Moss cheaply and Pioli has experience in dealing with him and knows the lay of the land there. It might be a roll of the dice worth taking.

So what do you say: Is Bowe and picks for RG3 worth it?
