Figure I'll give playing GM a shot.

My first move would most likely get me booed out of the city, but sometimes trading away a star can open the door for a new chapter and that's how I would start things out. Trade Jamaal Charles to the Green Bay Packers (team we only play once every 4 years) for their 1st and 4th round picks in this years draft. Everyone loves Jamaal but he's already had a major knee injury and RB's just don't have long careers.

New HC would be Chip Kelly. Many doubt the fact that Kelly can bring his style to the NFL but there is already teams using his schemes and philosophies in the way they run their offenses. He is a innovator and a brilliant football mind that in my opinion could make an impact like Bill Walsh did for the 49ers. I would allow Kelly to bring in his own OC, someone he trusted and was familiar with. As for the DC I would sign Perry Fewell if possible from the New York Giants. Reason being I'd want an attacking, high pressure causing defense that would excel in forcing turnovers.

I'm going to hold off on FA signings since it's very difficult to know which players will be resigned or released.

But as for our FA's I would resign Colquitt, Albert, and Siler. Everyone else would be shown the door. I'd like to keep Bowe but not for 10 - 12M a year.
