10 Personnel Decisions Pioli should be fired for

Here are my top 10 decisions Pioli made that should be the evidence needed for his dimissal. Granted, some of these I wouldn't have said at that time...but I'm not paid millions of dollars a year to make these decisions. 1. Trading for Cassel to be the franchise. Great guy, terrible QB. 2. Hiring Crennel. Pioli was given a 2nd chance and he reverted to the Patriot way...making everything even worse. 3. Not drafting a quality QB when given the chance. (Josh Freeman and Andy Dalton are glaring examples. Throw in Kaepernick if you want.) 4. Drafting Donald Stephenson...one spot ahead of Russell Wilson. 5. Not addressing the offensive tackle position until the fourth offseason! BRich! (this one alone should be sufficient to never get a personnel job again in the NFL.) 6. Drafting TJax. Actually don't mind TJax on the team, he does a decent job. But you can find run-stuffing 3-4 ends just about anywhere. (i.e Shaun Smith, Alphonso Boone, the floor mopping guy from last year, I forget his name.) 7. Continuing to draft midgets at the skill positions (McCluster, Wylie, Arenas) 8. Drafting cornerbacks every year, yet somehow none of them can be credibly considered starter material for a quality team. 9. Sticking with Haley over Weis in their feud. Losing Weis coincides perfectly with our offense returning to terrible. 10. Drafting Jon Baldwin. Somewhat softened by the excellent pick of Houston but still...these are the picks you have to make count and it has failed spectacularly. So what are you top 10 Pioli-bone head moves?
