A photo that may haunt or heal

The below photo comes from photojournalist David Eulitt's site. It is from the 2009 season, and I believe that is Javon kneeling behind Jamaal in prayer. There are no easy nor complete answers to the questions surrounding yesterday's events. There never will be. If you haven't read DCO'sfan's post, I urge you to do so. It resonated with me deeply.

Whatever your perspective, you can't help but be affected by this image. I choose to think of it as Javon kneeling from beyond in the mist of wherever we go, praying with his brothers, sending love to his daughter, wrapped in the peace he was unable to find in this life.
