If the Chiefs want to trade back...Bills GM discuss trading up for QB

As of now the Bills would select 11th. This isn't my ideal plan, but one that will be brought up, I'm guessing. As I've said all along, the Chiefs need to come away with the top QB on their board (and hopefully a 2nd one later). How they accomplish this, I don't care...although taking him with their first pick is the safest route, if you are confident enough he'll be there at say, 11, this would be something to consider.
