Kim Klement-US PRESSWIRE

Charles practices in full and seems poised to play on Monday night despite a hard hit to the neck in last week's game against the Chargers.

The Kansas City Chiefs first injury report for Pittsburgh Steelers week is coming out on Thursday because the Chiefs play on Monday, not Sunday, this week. There are a couple of players who have been ruled out (which we knew about) and a couple of starting offensive linemen land on the list.

Out: Brady Quinn, Glenn Dorsey

Matt Cassel is starting because Quinn is out, obviously. Dorsey re-injured his calf last week, the same one that kept him out for a month earlier in the season. That the Chiefs signed Shaun Smith, another defensive end, this week suggests Dorsey could be out for a little bit.

Limited practice: Branden Albert

New addition to the injury report. He's got a sore back. No reason yet to think it's a big deal.

Full practice: Jeff Allen, Javier Arenas, Jamaal Charles, Terrance Copper, Nate Eachus, Devon Wylie.

Allen and Arenas are the "head" guys Romeo Crennel referenced today. Charles is a "neck" guy. Looks like they should all be available to play.
