If this is true, we need to make a run at getting this guy as our HC. That depends on the GM's choice of course, but Payton would be great if we draft Barkley or Smith next year. He's an offensive-minded coach, and after this year of absolutely putrid offense, we can't afford to be stumbling over ourselves offensively.
