Voice of the Fan Survey Q:Please tell us what one thing can be done to improve your safety and security experience. A:The current state of this losing team makes me want to throw myself over the edge of the stadium. Put a better product on he field so I don't feel so suicidal. Q:Please tell us what one thing can be done to improve game entertainment at Arrowhead Stadium. A:Make the games entertaining and competitive so I don't leave by half time to get home and watch teams that resemble competitive professional teams. Your on the field product currently SUCKS. Q:Please tell us what one thing can be done to improve your experience leaving the stadium. A:Currently its easy to leave the stadium as WAY to often this year I have left well before the game was over. The product on the field was making me sick. I'd love to be stuck in traffic longer because everyone wanted to stay until the end. Q:Aside from the Kansas City Chiefs on-field performance, what are the primary reasons you may not renew your season ticket plan for next season? [Please select up to five reasons] Selected:Team is not headed in the "right direction" Selected:The sense that you are not valued by the organization Selected:Inclusion of preseason tickets in season ticket package Selected:Account Servicing issues Selected(fill in your own):Why would I want to pay face value when scalping companies are selling them for less than face value? As long as the Chiefs suck it's not a good value to have season tickets.
