I've seen some people saying they don't think that the Chiefs will clean house until the end of the season. I don't see the benefit in waiting. Clark needs to fire Pioli and hire a new GM now. Give them time to do their assessment of team needs and scout for the upcoming draft. Assess the coaching staff and make the changes we all see coming. Hopefully hire the new coach before the end of the season so they can use the rest of the year to start implementing the schemes they will use on Offense and defense.

I don't want to go into next season with people saying it will take us a while to get our players used to the coaches new way of doing things. I don't really have a opinion on the hires for GM and coach other than they need to be people that players want to come play for. I don't want a Peyton Manning repeat where the top free agent refuse to even visit.
