It's pretty obvious the Chiefs lack a simple key element, leadership. I was reading some of the other posts and absorbing the anger being vented and it hit me . . . Clark Junt - No leadership Scott Pioli - No leadership Romeo Crennel - No leadership And worst of all . . . Chiefs players - NO LEADERSHIP! No one veteran player has taken that lead, not one player has called a "players only" meeting, not one player has stood up to Pioli and vented to the press about problems and making it right. All are conforming to what we all bought into a while back, the RIGHT 53. I'm now seeing the drawback to employing team oriented drones, a total lack of passion. Passion for winning, passion for the game and passion for the legacy of the Chiefs franchise. It starts at the top but everyone in the organization is responsible, especially the players.
